Doctoral Seminar in Corporate Finance

This class will be run in the same manner as an American doctoral course with less lecture and more discussion. This also means that there will be a substantial amount of reading academic papers and presenting papers. We do this in preparation of presenting our own research as well as conducting peer reviews for journals. If you do not have practice reading many academic papers, this will take a lot of time. It can be frustrating at first, but it will become easier with experience.
